Services
Prime Trim provides finish carpentry services, including cabinet installation, millwork, stair systems, and hardware installation, as described on our website.
Quotes and Estimates
All quotes are based on the information provided by the customer. Additional charges may apply if the scope of work changes or unforeseen circumstances arise during the project.
Payments
- Payment terms will be outlined in the project agreement.
- A deposit may be required before commencing work.
- Final payment is due upon project completion unless otherwise specified.
- Non-payment may result in legal action or additional fees for collections.
Cancellations and Rescheduling
Customers must notify us at least 10 days in advance to cancel or reschedule services.
Prime Trim reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee for late cancellations.
Warranties
Prime Trim guarantees the quality of workmanship for 1 month following project completion. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship but excludes damage caused by misuse, neglect, or natural wear and tear.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
Prime Trim is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.
Customer Responsibilities
Customers must:
Provide accurate information about the project requirements.
Ensure a safe and accessible work environment.
Obtain necessary permits if required.
Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including text, images, and logos, is the intellectual property of Prime Trim. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
Governing Law

Termination of Services
Prime Trim reserves the right to terminate or refuse services to any customer if:
The customer fails to meet payment obligations.
The customer violates any of the Terms and Conditions.
Unsafe or unsuitable conditions are present at the worksite.
Termination does not waive the customer’s obligation to pay for services already rendered.
Force Majeure
Prime Trim is not responsible for delays or failure to perform services due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, acts of God, or government regulations.
Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute, Prime Trim encourages customers to contact us directly to resolve the issue amicably. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes may be subject to mediation or arbitration as agreed upon by both parties.
Entire Agreement
These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between the customer and Prime Trim, superseding any prior agreements or communications. Any amendments or modifications must be in writing and agreed upon by both parties.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
